This page introduces the shared elements you will see all the time once you are in the panel: the left menu, the top bar, the user menu, the notification bell, the Help tour, the theme and language switches and the small helper components that appear on pages. The details of each page are on its own article; here you will find a short summary and links.
What is on the screen#
The panel is made of two fixed parts: a dark left menu on the left, and a thin top bar above the content on the right. Both stay in place when you scroll down the page.
The left menu#
On desktop (wide screens) it is always open on the left side of the screen. From top to bottom:
- The Airoomier logo. Click it to return to the Dashboard.
- The Dashboard link.
- The pages, grouped under three headings:
- Operations: Calendar, Bookings, Guest Requests, Conversations
- Business: Business Info, Room Types, Pricing Rules, Extra Services, Info Center, Widget
- Analytics: Finance, Chat Quality, Reviews
- The Settings and Help & support (opens this help center in a new tab) links. Clicking Settings opens the My Profile page and expands a sub-menu under it, like the other sub-menus: My profile, Notifications, Team (only the Full access and Admin roles) and Plan & billing (not shown to Staff).
- At the very bottom, the AI Online card ("Mira is answering your guests"), the Light / Dark theme switch and the TR / EN panel language switch.
The link of the page you are on is highlighted with a blue background. The small number next to Guest Requests is the number of requests that are currently open (New, Assigned, In Progress, Waiting on Guest). The red number next to Reviews is the number of low-rated (1–3) reviews nobody has handled yet.
On phones and tablets the left menu is hidden. Open it by tapping the three-line menu button at the far left of the top bar; the menu slides in from the left. To close it, tap the × button at the top right, the darkened area outside the menu, or press Esc on the keyboard. When you go to a page, the menu closes on its own.

Users with the Staff role see only Guest Requests in the menu; the other pages are closed to them (Team and Roles).
If you have not finished the wizard, these pages send you to the setup wizard first (Getting Started).
The top bar#
From left to right:
- The menu button and a small logo (on phones and tablets only).
- The business name and next to it the plan tag (Basic or Pro). It is informational only.
- The Upgrade to Pro → link (on the Basic plan only).
- The Help button (guided tour). It is hidden on phone-width screens.
- The notification bell.
- The user block: your initials, your name and, underneath, your job title or role together with the business name. Click it to open the user menu.
On phone-width screens the business name, the plan tag and the Upgrade to Pro link are hidden; the user block shows only your initials.
The user menu#
It opens when you click the user block at the top right. Your name and job title are repeated at the top, and below them:
| Menu item | What it does | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| My profile | Opens the profile details and password change page (Account and Plans). | Everyone |
| Notifications | Opens the page where you choose your email notification preferences (Account and Plans). | Everyone |
| Team management | Opens the page for adding users and assigning roles (Team and Roles). | The Full access and Admin roles |
| Plan & billing | Opens the plan comparison and Upgrade to Pro page. Your current plan is shown next to it. | All roles except Staff |
| Log Out | Ends your session. | Everyone |
The menu closes when you click outside it or press Esc.
The role names appear in the menu as follows: Full access (OWNER), Admin (ADMIN), Manager (MANAGER), Staff (AGENT). If you entered a job title for a person on the team page (e.g. "Front Desk Lead"), the job title is shown instead of the role.
The notification bell#
The bell keeps you informed about important events that happen outside the panel. If there are unread notifications, a red number badge appears at the corner of the bell (9+ if there are more than 9).
How to use it#
- Click the bell. A list opens; the latest 8 notifications are shown.
- The moment you click the bell, all notifications are counted as read and the red number disappears. Unread ones have a yellow dot next to them in the list.
- If you click a notification, you go to the related page (e.g. Bookings for a booking request).
- If you click outside the list, it closes.
- If there are no notifications it says No notifications yet. The time of each notification is shown as "just now", "5m ago", "2h ago", "3d ago".
Which events produce a notification?#
| Event | Notification title | Where it goes | |
|---|---|---|---|
| The AI received a booking request from a guest | Yeni rezervasyon talebi (onay bekliyor): (booking no) (New booking request, awaiting confirmation) | Bookings | Yes |
| A guest requested an extra service | Yeni hizmet talebi: (service name) (New service request) | Service Requests (Incoming Requests) | Yes |
| The AI prepared a new knowledge gap suggestion from questions it could not answer | N yeni bilgi eksikliği önerisi (N new knowledge gap suggestions) | Knowledge Base | Yes |
| The AI hit an unexpected error during a chat | AI asistanında bir sorun oluştu (A problem occurred in the AI assistant) | Conversations | Yes; the same notification is not produced again within 24 hours |
| A guest's last message has been unanswered for 10 minutes (conversations active in the last 24 hours) | (guest name) is waiting for a reply or N conversations are waiting for a reply | The conversation (the Conversations list if there are several) | Yes (Conversations awaiting a reply); not shown in the bell for Staff |
| A guest gave 1–3 points in the satisfaction survey | Low rating: N/5 from (guest) | Reviews | Yes (Low-rated reviews) |
| 80% of the monthly AI conversations limit is used / the limit is full (once each per month) | 80% of your AI conversation quota is used / Monthly AI conversation limit reached | Plan & billing | Yes (System and account alerts); not shown in the bell for Staff |
| 80% of the monthly confirmed bookings limit is used / the limit is full (once each per month) | 80% of your monthly booking confirmation quota is used / Monthly confirmed booking limit reached | Plan & billing | Yes (System and account alerts); not shown in the bell for Staff |
The emails arrive with the subject "(notification title) — Airoomier" at the address of each team member who has turned on emails for that event. Each person chooses this on their own Settings → Notifications page; by default only the Full access user receives these emails (Account and Plans). Bell notifications are not affected by these preferences. The Daily summary (every morning) does not appear in the bell; it arrives only by email.
New guest requests also create a bell notification, which all roles, including Staff, see. Email is sent only for new requests of the Emergency type or with High/Urgent priority, requests past their target time and requests the guest followed up on, to people who have turned on Important guest requests.
In addition, when a guest request is assigned to a staff member, a message goes to that person's own email ("New guest request assigned to you — (type)"). This notification does not show up in the bell; it arrives only by email (Guest Requests). The person can turn this email off with the Requests assigned to me switch on the Notifications page.
The guided tour and the Help button#
When you finish the setup wizard, the panel opens and the tour starts on its own. The screen darkens, the link of the current page in the left menu is highlighted with a blue frame, and an explanation box with Mira's small photo appears next to it. At the top of the box there is a step counter like 1 / 12.
To restart the tour any time, press the Help button in the top bar.
The steps of the tour#
The tour goes through the pages in the menu in this order (12 steps in total):
- Your Dashboard
- Business Info
- Widget
- Room Types
- Calendar
- Bookings
- Extra Services
- Finance
- Conversations
- Chat Quality
- Knowledge Hub (the Info Center)
- Guest Requests
At each step you move on with the Next button. On the last step the button becomes Got it, let's go and closes the tour. To leave the tour, click Skip Tour or the darkened area outside the box.
Light / dark theme#
The Light / Dark switch at the very bottom of the left menu changes the color scheme of the panel. Click the side you want once and the panel switches instantly.
- Your choice is stored in your browser; it is not saved to your account. So you can use the dark theme on your computer and the light one on your phone. If you clear the browser data, it goes back to the default, the Light theme.
- On the login, sign-up and password reset screens, the theme switch is in the top bar.
- The theme changes only the colors; your information and the layout stay the same.
Panel language and AI language#
There are three separate language concepts here. It matters not to confuse them:
| Concept | What it determines | Where it is set |
|---|---|---|
| Panel language | The language of this panel's buttons and labels (Turkish or English) | The TR / EN switch at the very bottom of the left menu. If you have never made a choice, it follows the Business Info → Regional Settings → Default Language setting |
| Guest chat language | The language the guest chat window opens in (Turkish, English, German, Russian) | The Default Language setting; a guest can change it themselves from the TR / EN / DE / RU menu inside the window |
| Content language | The language in which you write your information (description, type names, etc.) | Content language in the wizard and in Business Info; the other languages are translated automatically when you save |
Changing the panel language#
- In the TR / EN switch at the very bottom of the left menu, click the language you want.
- The page reloads and the panel opens in the language you chose.
Your choice is remembered in this browser for one year and affects only you: a colleague at the same business can use the panel in English while you use it in Turkish. The language of the guest chat does not change.
If the switch has never been used, the old rule applies: if Default Language is Turkish, the panel is in Turkish; with any other choice (English, Deutsch, Русский), the panel is in English. On the login, sign-up, password reset and email verification pages (when there is no session yet), there is a separate TR | EN switch in the top right; that choice applies only on those pages.
The plan badge#
The tag next to the business name in the top bar shows which plan you are on. If you are on the Basic plan, there is an Upgrade to Pro → link next to it; you can also reach the same page with Plan & billing in the user menu. For the differences in limits and features, see Account and Plans.
The "On this page" section menu#
On long pages there is a small menu titled On this page to the left of the content. It lists the sections (or records) on the page:
- Click a heading and the page scrolls to that section, opening it if it is closed.
- As you scroll the page, the section you are currently reading is highlighted in the menu.
- The menu stays on screen while you scroll.
- If the list has more than 10 items, a search box appears at the top; the list is filtered as you type.
- On a phone, the menu appears as small buttons at the top of the page that scroll horizontally.
You see this menu on these pages: Business Info, Widget, Room Types, Extra Services, Facilities, Knowledge Base and the Guest Requests board.
Save notices#
When you save a setting in the panel, a confirmation message appears at the top center of the screen in a green box (e.g. ✓ Business info updated successfully.). This box stays visible wherever you are on the page and disappears on its own after about 4 seconds.
You see this box on these pages: Business Info, Widget (including adding/deleting suggestion chips), Facilities, Extra Services, Guest Requests → Request Types and the import page. The Room Types page shows its own titled notice boxes (e.g. ✓ Rate plan added).
If a value is invalid (e.g. a required field is empty, a photo is too large), an error card titled Bir şeyler ters gitti (Something went wrong; shown in Turkish) appears instead of the page; the card holds an explanation of the problem and a Tekrar Dene (Try Again) button. Press the button and correct the form.
Collapsible cards#
Long pages are made of separate cards. Click the title row of a card and the card opens or closes; the arrow on the right of the row flips when the card is open.
- On the Widget page only Live Preview comes open; the other sections are closed. The Pro-only sections have a PRO badge next to the title.
- On the Room Types, Extra Services and Facilities pages, the add new record card at the top comes open; existing records are listed below it as closed cards. To open a record, click the card's title or its name in the On this page menu on the left.
- The open/closed state is not remembered. When you save a section or refresh the page, the cards go back to their default state.
Footer#
At the very bottom of the pages it says Airoomier · © (year). All rights reserved. and, on the right, Version (number). When you talk to support, mentioning the version number makes our job easier.
Tips and common mistakes#
- The panel suddenly opened in English: Click TR in the TR / EN switch at the bottom of the left menu. If you have never made a choice, Default Language may have been changed to a language other than Turkish (Business Info).
- Where do I change my password? Click Settings in the left menu, or click your name at the top right and choose My profile; use the Change password card on the My Profile page.
- I do not see a notification in the bell but an email arrived: The bell updates when you change page. Refresh the page. For guest request assignments, no bell record is opened anyway; only an email is sent.
- My staff are not getting notification emails: By default, booking, extra service and system emails go only to the Full access user; other roles receive email only for requests assigned to them. For a staff member to receive these emails too, that person turns on the relevant switch on their own Settings → Notifications page (Account and Plans).
- The tour closed and I want to see it again: Press the Help button in the top bar.
- I cannot find the menu on my phone: Tap the three-line button at the far left of the top bar.
- Something is unreadable in the dark theme: Switch back to the Light theme at the bottom of the left menu, refresh the screen and let us know.
